Children of the World (India) Trust

toolbox INDIA’s partnership with Children of the World (India) Trust Bombay over the last two years allowed for delving and revisiting the organisation mission, structure and program. The organisation has had a rich history of fabulous work to provide quality foster care, education, health and nutrition to underprivileged children and to empower them to reach their full potential.   toolbox INDIA collaborated with CWT in order to address the gap in the alignment of the organisation’s vision-mission statements and the absence of a predefined strategy at the program level. Through secondary research on market trends in employment opportunities and identification of potential competitors, the volunteers at toolbox India were able to document best practices in non-traditional livelihoods. This has paved the way for COWT to identify and design a roadmap for the re-imagined set of strategic goals that the organisation has defined for itself.
