Charles-Antoine Janssen is Managing Partner & Head of Humanitarian Impact Bond Structuring at Kois Invest, an international firm specialised in impact investing asset management as well as in advisory services on innovative impact finance mechanisms such as Social and Development Impact Bonds. Charles-Antoine brings experience in Healthcare (M&A and Operations), Finance and Private Equity. He is currently a Board Member of UCB s.a., Tubize s.a. and other companies. He worked in several senior management positions with UCB in Brussels, Austria, India and emerging markets, inter alia as Head of Global Business Development and CEO of India. He served as Vice President for European Equities Research at Merrill Lynch. He co-founded Toolbox, a non-profit that provides services to NGOs.

Justin graduated from NLSIU Bangalore and read for his Masters at the LSE. He is a partner at Bharucha & Partners and his practice spans M & A, finance and infrastructure. Justin leads the Pro Bono and Social Impact Practices at Bharucha & Partners works actively to promote and develop ‘corporate standard’ skill sets and domain knowledge at NPOs and impact focused businesses. Justin also founded Pet Parents – NPO working to promote pet welfare and integrate pets into an increasingly crowded urban landscape.

Vijaya is amongst the pioneers in advising the social sector to scale and collaborate across stakeholders. Vijaya has served as a knowledge resource for AVPN, Advisory Member for India@75 and is currently an evaluator for the Echoing Green fellowship and serves on the board of a few NPOs. In her role as CEO of ToolBox India, she expanded the organization from 5 projects in 2011 to 150+ projects. She is currently a senior knowledge lead at the Genpact Edelgive Social Impact Fellowship. Prior to her role in the social sector, Vijaya has practiced as a finance professional at Kodak and an educational practitioner at an International school.

Manjula is a Senior Advisor at toolbox INDIA. She brings systems and process expertise to the non-profit sector and has 20+ years of experience in Auditing and Enterprise risk services across multiple industries, specialising in risk assessment audits and design of controls. In the past, she was part of the Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte India. She is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Information Systems Audit.
She can't decide whether she loves plants or animals more.

She has been consulting for over 9 years in design thinking, process transformation, capacity building, and organisational diagnostics. She brings a human centred approach to her consulting practice combining her background in psychology, design thinking and lean six sigma. She is the founding fellow of Better Worlds Initiative with Genpact, and has since consulted for numerous projects in the impact space. 

She is passionate about unlocking the potential of organisations through building practice of wellbeing at a systemic level. A happy organisation is a thriving organisation is her motto. 

Shreya has a Postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Ambedkar University & Lady Shri Ram College. She spends her time split between New Delhi and Dharamshala.

Sonali has 16 years of work experience and is currently a Director in Disney-Star India, heading Content Development & Strategy for Star Plus. Previously, she has held roles in Ad Sales, Corporate Strategy at Star and was a Management Consultant with Kearney. She is an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and holds a bachelors degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

Hiranya pursued Multi-Media and Mass Communication from Delhi University and completed her post-graduation diploma in Communication in Development from Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai. She enjoys cooking in her spare time.

Raghav is a data enthusiast with over 6 years of experience in data science and data analysis. With a research background as a former research assistant, he possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. He graduated from Syracuse University in 2019 with a master's degree in Information Management and a specialization in data science. Raghav has contributed to the Impact sector since his undergraduate years, commencing his journey at Toolbox India in 2015.

Bharathi works as a facilitator, coach, and impact specialist. She is a qualified Life Coach in addition to a Leadership and Organization Development Coach. She runs corporate training programmes and believes that one smile at a time can change the world.

Swati Mathur is the Managing Director at Common Purpose Asia Pacific, a global leadership development organisation. She has travelled across Asia Pacific to drive good leadership across sectors, industries, generations, and life experiences using Common Purpose's unique pedagogy of cross boundary leadership to organisations in the government, business, and social world. She has worked with organisations to create a culture of belonging and is passionate about diversity and inclusion. Swati served as Vice President for Edelweiss Financial prior to her role at Common Purpose. Swati graduated with a Masters of Arts in Social Work from Mumbai, India's famed Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
