We enable non-profits to strengthen their organisation’s management functions and planning resources, while simultaneously engaging corporate employees in dynamic and challenging opportunities.

Drawing from promising youth development organisations and leveraging corporate resources – our mentoring program is an intensive model that focuses on the needs of disadvantaged students and contributes to their economic mobility.
